My name is Jerred Moon, founder of EndofThreeFitness.com, I like to think of myself as the "other guy" not the average guy. I will refuse mediocrity till death. Average guys/gals are comfortable, "other" guys/gals are always asking what's next. I am also the guy who ran a marathon faster than the national average on a 1/4-mile track with NO training whatsoever...and I am not a runner, a few days before the 26.2 mile journey I was squat cleaning 300 lbs; I did it simply to practice mental toughness.

So no, I am not a Navy SEAL or sports psychologist, and I like to think I am more like you. I am the guy who has lost motivation at one point, or another. The guy who has limited time to train and eat healthy. And I am the guy who will refuse to be beaten into submission by my busy lifestyle and hectic schedule.

I am a father, husband, coach, military officer, and the guy who will teach you how to get through the toughest workouts, how to stick to a program, how to fix your nutrition and how the MIND controls it all.

Yes, I've lost motivation before, and once I realized I was starting to lose my mental edge, I didn't know why....I just knew it was unacceptable. I bought every book you could find about mental toughness, listened to podcasts and signed up for free email series, and none of that helped. AT ALL.

That's Ted. That's Ted doing burpees. Ted HATES burpees. 

Ted doesn't want to be a professional athlete and he's not trying to be part of the military elite. No, he is after something much greater than that. Ted wants to be the best husband and father of four that he can be while maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

Ted is also mentally tough. 

As a coach, it was great to see Ted take his deadlift from 200 lb to 265 lb and his back squat from 135 lb to 185 lb in under six weeks, it meant we were headed in the right direction, but I wanted his take.
